• •This experience does not include hotel transfers. You are responsible for arranging your own transportation.

• •Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time to allow for check-in. Our tours start on time, and late arrivals may not be able to join the full experience.
• •Parking is available on-site for cars and motorbikes.
• •Please be aware that finding a taxi or ride-sharing service (like Grab) for your return journey from our sanctuary can sometimes be challenging. We recommend pre-booking your return transportation to ensure a smooth departure.
