- •Our program will continue even in heavy rain. There will be no cancellations due to rain.

💳 Cancellation policy
- •We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event
- •We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 2 days or less before the event

- • Booking Cut-off Time: Online bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance before the program start time.
- • No Transfer Service: Round-trip transfer is NOT included for this program. Guests are required to travel to the sanctuary on their own.
- • Check-in: Please arrive and check in at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time.
