- •Interactive Experience: Be prepared for a hands-on experience, as this program includes feeding and outdoor shower activities. These engaging activities help foster a memorable connection with the elephants.
- •Health & Safety: All interactions are conducted under the guidance of our experienced handlers to ensure safety for both the elephants and participants.
- •Children must be accompanied by parents/guardians.
- •Our program will continue even in heavy rain. There will be no cancellations due to rain.

💳 Cancellation policy
- •We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event
- •We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 2 days or less before the event

⚠️ Important Booking & Transportation Notice
- • Booking Cut-off Time: Online bookings must be made at least 3 hours in advance before the program start time.
- • Complimentary Hotel Pick-up: Round-trip transfer is included from hotels in the Phuket area only. (Note: Pick-up service is NOT available from Phuket International Airport, cruise ports/piers, Airbnb properties, or locations without a registered Google Maps pin).
- • Camp Assignment Policy: For guests utilizing our hotel pick-up service, you cannot select or request a specific camp. Elephant Jungle Sanctuary reserves the right to allocate the appropriate camp location for your tour.
- • Program Slots: This program operates 2 slots per day: Morning Session starts at 10:00 AM and Afternoon Session starts at 02:00 PM.
- • Meeting Point Check-in: For guests choosing to travel on their own, you are strictly required to arrive at your booked sanctuary location at least 15 minutes before your scheduled program start time.
