Yes. We offer a free transfer service to/from hotels and most other places of accommodation within a 5km radius of Chiang Mai's Old City. Visitors requiring transport from locations outside this area will incur a small transport surcharge.
We recommend staying in Chiang Mai the night prior to your visit to Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Chiang Mai. Planes, buses, and trains are often delayed, and we are unable to wait for you outside of your assigned pickup time. If you wish to be dropped off at the airport or another location following your visit, please inform us of this at least 24 hours prior to your visit. Please note that we cannot offer you priority treatment, and all guests will be dropped off in the most efficient order possible.
Bookings for Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Chiang Mai must be made at least 12 hours before the assigned pick-up time for your visit for overnight experience, Half Day Visit, One Day Walk With Elephants, and Feed and Shower experience. And at least 2 hours for the Feed Me experience. In order to avoid disappointment, we recommend booking as early as possible.
Yes, you can arrange your own transport for the Feed Me and Feed & Shower programs at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Chiang Mai. For other programs, we highly recommend using the EJS transfer service to ensure safety and convenience, as some camps are far from the city and may require navigating unmarked or unpaved roads.
