We offer a FREE transfer service from hotels within the following areas:

We are unable to offer a pick up service from any other port, pier or jetty.

Self-arranged to the meeting point at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary office

Drop off – to Samui International Airport / Pier 500 – 800 THB (Please inform a day before your visit if you need airport drop off and how much luggage you will have)

(Please note that the fare for a taxi or other mode of transport to the chosen meeting point is payable by the visitor, and Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Samui will not pay for transport or reimburse costs incurred).

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the assigned pick up time for your visit and confirmed by Elephant Jungle Sanctuary a minimum of 12 hours prior to the aforementioned time. Bookings requested on the same day as your desired visit will not be accepted. In order to avoid disappointment, we recommend booking as early as possible.

We are unable to offer a collection service to visitors staying at Airbnb lodging, rental villas, or private houses. Visitors staying in these places of accommodation will be responsible for arranging transport either to a designated meeting point at Our camp located on Maenam Soi 2 or to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Samui office.
