We are unable to offer a pick-up service from any port, pier or jetty for your visit to the EJS Samui.

Self-arranged transport is required to the meeting point at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Samui office. Drop-off – to Samui International Airport / Pier costs 500 – 800 THB (Please inform a day before your visit if you need airport drop-off and how much luggage you will have).

(Please note that the fare for a taxi or other mode of transport to the chosen meeting point is payable by the visitor, and Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Samui will not pay for transport or reimburse costs incurred).

Bookings for your visit to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Samui must be made at least 24 hours before the assigned pick-up time and confirmed by Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Samui a minimum of 12 hours prior to the aforementioned time. Bookings requested on the same day as your desired visit will not be accepted. In order to avoid disappointment, we recommend booking your trip as early as possible.

We are unable to offer a collection service to visitors staying at Airbnb lodging, rental villas, or private houses. Visitors staying in these places of accommodation will be responsible for arranging transport either to a designated meeting point:
