Yes. We offer a free transfer service to/from hotels and most other places of accommodation within the Pattaya City and Jomtien Beach areas for your visit to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Pattaya. 

Please note that our free transfer service is applicable only to programs that include transport options. Some programs, including our ‘Feed Me’ program, are ineligible for free transport to/from Office Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Pattaya.

We offer several convenient ways to reach us from Bangkok:

1. Option 1: Private Hotel Pick-up (Bangkok) You can book this directly on our website. Surcharges are based on your group size:
   
   • 1–2 pax: Starting from 2,200 THB
   • 1–4 pax: Starting from 2,800 THB
   • 1–10 pax: Starting from 3,700 THB
     
     
2. Option 2: Round-trip from Wat That Thong Meeting Point: A "join transfer" service from Wat That Thong in Bangkok with a surcharge of 350 THB per person.
   
   • Meeting time for the Feed and Bath Program is 08.30 AM: Available from BKK only on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.
   • Meeting time for the Half Day Program is 10.30 AM: Available from BKK only on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
     
     
3. Option 3: Arrange Your Own Transport. If you manage your own travel, please ensure you arrive at the sanctuary at:
   
   • Morning Visit: 07:15–07:30
   • Afternoon Visit: 13:15–13:30

For additional assistance regarding the location of the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Pattaya, feel free to contact us when booking.

Bookings for your visit to EJS must be made at least 24 hours before the assigned pick-up time, and confirmed by Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Pattaya a minimum of 12 hours before the aforementioned time. Bookings requested on the same day as your desired visit will not be accepted. In order to avoid disappointment, we recommend booking as early as possible, particularly if you wish to visit the EJS during times of increased tourism.

We offer a free transfer service to/from Airbnb rentals, villas, and private residences within our free transfer area. However, we kindly request that visitors staying in these, or similar, residences provide our Pattaya staff with the name (if applicable) and address of their accommodation a minimum of 24 hours before the start time of their visit to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Pattaya. A GPS location or Google Maps link may also be required for your pickup to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Pattaya.

Visitors arranging private transport are responsible for ensuring that they arrive at the Sanctuary location by the following times: 

• Morning Visit: 07:15-07:30

We may not be able to wait for late arrivals, and your visit experience at the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Pattaya may proceed without you if you do not arrive by the designated meeting time. If you wish to arrange your own transport to EJS Pattaya, please inform our staff at the time of booking, or at least 24 hours before the designated start time of your visit.
