
- On a monthly basis meeting along with training. These meetings and training are being conducted by our Marketing Director, Head Vet, Head of Project with the aim to educate and enrich the lives of all the staff directly involved in customer care and elephant education. The end goal is ultimately ethical practices.
- Weekly reporting to ensure effective implementation of the policy, reporting on initiatives and general updates, about Elephant health, Environmental Problem (Ex. garbage, clean, EIA), Tourism problem, clean attended by the Manager and Vet that help to set updated actions.
Our Training Goals:
- Health and safety of guides and mahouts
- To preserve the environment through sustainable tourism thinking and initiatives
- Support of guides and mahouts through education on elephant behavior, healthcare knowledge of elephants and facts
- Training (MONTHLY), with an open channel to ask and clarify anything.
