Customer satisfaction, if requesting a regular refund from us, clients have to inform us in advance or also if it’s a case that happened in our sanctuary we refund a 100 percent depending on the particular cases.
Full refund if cancellation is within 48 hours of booking.
50% of refund if cancellation is within 24 hours of booking.
Non-refundable for booking canceled or amended less than 24 hours from the date of arrival and No-Show case.
